How much do I save compared to one-time purchases?
You save 25% off the retail price on every single order, plus free shipping every time. On a 100g jar that regularly costs $64.95 CAD, you pay $48.71 CAD per delivery. Over 12 months that is a saving of over $194 CAD on one size alone, not counting shipping.
How often will I receive my honey?
The standard frequency is every month. You can log into your account at any time to adjust your next delivery date, skip an upcoming order, or change your frequency. Your schedule is completely in your hands.
Why is payment via PayPal only for subscriptions?
Our subscription billing runs on PayPal, secure, automatic, and works with any card linked to your PayPal account. PayPal is currently the only option for recurring subscription billing on our store, so you'll need a PayPal account (or a card linked to one) to activate your membership.
What happens if my PayPal payment fails?
If a payment fails, you will receive an email notification with a direct link to update your PayPal payment method or re-authorise your billing agreement. Your subscription is paused automatically until payment is resolved. There are no penalty fees, and your discount is preserved once your payment is updated.
Can I skip, pause, or cancel my subscription?
Yes, fully and easily. Log into your account, go to Manage Subscription, and you can skip an upcoming order, pause your subscription for as long as you need, or cancel entirely with one click. There are no cancellation fees, no minimum commitments, and no questions asked.
Can I swap the product inside my subscription?
Yes. You can change your Nepal Mad Honey size or variant at any time from your subscription portal. The change takes effect on your next scheduled order. Your 25% discount applies regardless of which size you choose.
Does the Circle ship to my country?
Yes. The subscription programme is available to international customers on realmadhoney.com. The correct product variant for your region is shown automatically based on your location. Free shipping and the 25% discount apply to all subscriber orders worldwide.
